As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your challenges and develop practical, evidence based strategies for lasting change.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide the professional tools and therapeutic guidance to help you navigate it. I specialise in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, "stuck" or are navigating complex situations.
My philosophy is simple: I utilise evidence-based interventions to provide therapy that is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you thrive.
I work from an eclectic, person-centred approach, incorporating aspects of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 10x Weekly Group Sessions (90 mins): Focused on collaborative skill-building.
10x Weekly Individual Sessions (50 mins): Your private space to troubleshoot and apply the skills to your specific situation.
