Individual Therapy:

Standard telehealth appointment: $150 (50minutes)

Concession card holders and low income earners may be eligible for reduced or bulk billed services - please contact Emma 

Rebates for Individual Therapy

Medicare rebate of $87.24 for those eligible via GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. 

To be eligible for Medicare rebate, clients need to have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan referral from their GP or Psychiatrist 

NDIS:

Eligible NDIS participants with funding for therapeutic supports (item:  15_621_0128_1_3 )

The fee for these services are funded by NDIA and set in accordance with NDIA schedule of fees

Supervision and Training:

 Supervision via telehealth: $100 (60minutes)

Training: cost to be determined pending training needs

Please note there are no rebates available for supervision and training services

A typical therapy session at Empower and Thrive Wellbeing lasts for 50 minutes via telehealth. 

At the first appointment, I will gather some more information about your experiences and what has brought you to seek support. We will then collaboratively set therapy goals and develop strategies to empower you to thrive. 

This support looks different for everyone, so I will also be checking in with you regularly to make sure we are on track. I enjoy working transparently and with honesty, so if there is something that isn't working for you, or you'd like things to look differently let me know
